New Microfiber Cleaning Products from Wells Professional |
|
|
|
April 19, 2006.
The many advantages of using microfibre cleaning products are leading to increased usage in the healthcare industry. Microfibre products actually remove the dirt and dust, and have been shown to be more than 99.95% effective in reducing bacteria (e.g. staph. aureus and E-Coli) on surfaces.
Wells Professional has now introduced the ErgoClean range of
flat mopping systems, manufactured by Vikan in Denmark. The range includes products
manufactured by Swedish companies Kardell, ACT and Swish Professional, all of
which now form part of the Vikan group.
The ErgoClean mop frames are available as metal or plastic
and include replaceable Velcro strips.
The large mop range has special mops available for different surfaces,
and applications. The brochure
incorporates charts to help select the best flat mop for the type of floor to
be cleaned. Colour coding (in the five
colours required for healthcare) is available on mops, plates and handles.
Use of microfibre products for cleaning reduces cost, has O
H & S benefits, reduces allergy reactions, is environmentally friendly and
has bacteriological advantages.
