Cheese Handling:

• Cheese triers, in a number of different sizes (length and core size).
• Cheese knives, in double or single handle format.
• Cheese cutters, with stainless steel wire cutter.
• Milk stirrers

Cheese Making:

• We have a range of cheese cloth available in different sizes.
• Cheese caps for the top and base of cheese molds

Cheese Waxing:

• Paradip® quality cheese waxes, available in many colours (all stocked).

Cheesewax provides a suitable moisture barrier on the cheese to prevent rapid drying and maturation. They are a mixture of microcrystalline wax and parrafin. Hard cheeses that are going to be stored for more than one month will dry out and crack if not protected. They may also become mouldy and inedible.

Cheese Waxing Machines - ChocoMa Autowaxer:

• Made to an exacting standard in Denmark, we are the proud representatives of ChocoMa, who manufacture the in line auto waxing machine. Several of these have already been commissioned in Australia.

Milk Sediment Test Disks:

• Excellent for testing milk and cream for extraneous matter
• Scorched particle testing of milk products
• Testing sediment in liquid sugar
• 32mm Diameter (1 ¼ inch)
